Delivery & Shipping Policy

Where we deliver: We deliver to all governorates in Egypt.

Shipping fees: 60 EGP for Damietta; 80 EGP for the rest of Egypt; 120 EGP for Upper Egypt, the Red Sea (including Hurghada) and Sinai. The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time: Orders are prepared and handed to the shipping company within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery time: Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days after shipping, depending on your location.

Order confirmation: We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address before shipping.

Tracking: Our shipping partner will contact you on the phone number provided to arrange delivery. Please keep your phone available.

Inspecting your order: Please check your order upon delivery. If there is any problem, contact us within 48 hours.

Payment: You can pay by cash on delivery or online by card.
